Heisenberg Cocktail
Created by Anthony Granzo of Experimental Cocktail Club, New York
makes 1 cocktail
- 1½ oz gin
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz blue simple syrup (standard simple syrup plus blue food coloring)
- 1 tsp cucumber juice
- 1 tsp Suze bitters
- 6 dashes absinthe
- club soda

Shake all ingredients with ice, except soda. Strain into a tall glass of ice and top up with soda.
