Heisenberg Cocktail

Cocktails & Beverages from Issue 5 – Spring / Summer 2014 – Caravan

makes 1 cocktail




  • oz gin
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz blue simple syrup (standard simple syrup plus blue food coloring)
  • 1 tsp cucumber juice
  • 1 tsp Suze bitters
  • 6 dashes absinthe
  • club soda

    Shake all ingredients with ice, except soda. Strain into a tall glass of ice and top up with soda.
