Cocktails & Beverages from Issue 5 – Spring / Summer 2014 – Caravan

makes 1 cocktail (pictured left)




  • oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz apricot liqueur
  • 1 oz light Puerto Rican rum
  • 1 oz aged Jamaican rum

  • 1

    Pulse all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice until mixture is a frothy, but not frozen, slush. Serve with a windswept umbrella.
