Cocktails & Beverages from Issue 9 – Summer 2016 – The 1970s

Feminine and fun were the focus for this cachaça and St-Germain blend by Ivy Mix, co-founder of Speed Rack and co-owner of Brooklyn’s Leyenda. It’s accented with a slim cucumber, ahem, wrap and lush bloom.

  • 1 oz cachaça (such as Avuá Prata)
  • 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • chilled Cava
  • thinly sliced cucumber and edible flowers for garnish

    Shake cachaça, St-Germain, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice with ice and strain into a coupe. Top with Cava and garnish with cucumber slice and a flower.
