Hedge Maze Cocktail
Created by Chaim Dauermann of Gin Palace, New York
makes 1 cocktail (pictured right)
- 1½ oz Martin Miller’s gin
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz green Chartreuse
- 10 to 15 mint leaves

Gently muddle mint, and then add other ingredients. Shake with ice vigorously and strain into ice-filled rocks or highball glass. Garnish with plenty of mint.
