Pineapple Macadamia Whip
For decades, the Super Bowl has ended with a similar refrain: A camera is flashed in the face of the game’s MVP with the question, “What are you going to do next?” The answer: “I’m going to Disneyland.” For those of us who don’t think of this particular kingdom as magic, we’ve discovered something that might shift your perspective: the Dole whip, Disneyland’s signature pineapple soft serve that has developed its own cultish following. Our take whips frozen pineapple with macadamia milk, then tops it off with toasted coconut and chocolate shavings.

- 1 lb frozen pineapple chunks, about 3 cups
- ¾ cup macadamia milk
- lightly sweetened whipped cream
- toasted coconut flakes
- finely grated chocolate

In a food processor or blender purée pineapple and macadamia milk until smooth. Serve immediately topped with cream, coconut, and chocolate.
