The Sun Also Rises Cocktail
Created by Eryn Reece of Mayahuel, New York
makes 1 cocktail
- ¼ oz Campari
- 1 oz Del Maguey Vida mezcal
- 1 oz Buffalo Trace bourbon
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz Giffard Abricot du Rousillon
- ¼ oz cane syrup (like Steen’s)

Pour Campari into a rocks glass. Add all other ingredients into shaker and give it a quick shake. Add pellet ice over Campari, and pour contents of shaker over ice. Behold the flaming sun, sit back and enjoy.
