Tradewinds Cocktail
Created by Martin Cate of Smuggler’s Cove, San Francisco
makes 1 cocktail (pictured left)
- 1½ oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz apricot liqueur
- 1 oz light Puerto Rican rum
- 1 oz aged Jamaican rum

Pulse all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice until mixture is a frothy, but not frozen, slush. Serve with a windswept umbrella.
